I have been enjoying "snow pea leaf" at my local
Chinese restaurant and bought some at my local
farmer's market to make at home.
(The greens look like a bunch of cuttings from an
actual snow pea plant, without the peapods.)
Has anyone made stir-fried "snow pea leaf"? Would
you share how you did it?
(The version I eat in the restaurant seems to be
stir-fried with garlic cloves (whole) and pieces of
ginger and some soy sauce...)
