TofuMate is an eggless salad seasoning mix distributed by Vitasoy, Inc.,
Brisbane CA 94005 (1-800-VITASOY), with 0 fat, 15 cal and 310 sodium to be
used with mayo and vinegar and tofu to make an eggless egg salad. It did
recreate the real thing but was a bit spicy so next time I'll just use half
the packet.
