Breakfast

One of my favorite Sunday breakfasts is as follows:

Scramble a container of EggBeaters with Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook
as directed a Gimme Lean Sausage Patty, or any sausage substitute.
Microwave a whole wheat pita, cut in half, insert one half into the
other so that you have a double thick pita.  Add EggBeaters, Gimme Lean
into warmed pita.  Can also add tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, fatfree
hashbrowns.  Very filling and delicious.
