Natalie,
I have a pressure cooker and I'm just hooked on it. I can come home,
deside to have beans and have them on the table in @ 1/2 hour or so.
There is a wonderful book by Lorna Sass called (I believe) VEGETATIAN
COOKING UNDER PRESSURE. Most things are low fat and if they are not they
are very easy to adapt.
