oats??

Recently there was alot of talk about the problems of eating beans - namely
air!  I have been having real problems lately but the only thing I can put it
down to is the rolled oats in my muesli which I have been eating more of? 
Could this be the problem?  I have for several years eaten a vlf diet high in
fibre etc, so presumably there is something in something that I am getting alot
more of than normal?  Help!
