Dry, instant nonfat milk makes a very acceptable fatfree coffee creamer.
Just spoon in as much ar y ou like, it disolves instantly.
Iced coffee, stir in powdered milk and add ice cubes and sweetner of choice.
No need to pre-dilute the powder.
