Hi,
I've been trying to change my recipes to low-fat and vegan recently. But
I'm not sure what to substitute for buttermilk in my baked goods (like
muffins, cakes etc). Has anyone substituted soy milk or rice milk (with
vinegar or lemon juice) to make a buttermilk substitute? Would that
actually work? Any ideas would be great.
