I finally remembered to purchase nutritional yeast flakes on my last trip
to the produce center. Now that I have them, how do I use them to
simulate cheesy flavor i.e. cheesy rice . I would be very grateful for
suggestions regarding whether to put the flakes in BEFORE cooking or
AFTER, how much to start with so I don't overdo it.
And does anyone know what nutritional value is provided?
