Whole Wheat Veggie Pita

After being disenchanted upon discovering that Wendy's version has 18 grams
of fat per serving, I created this version for my family.

Whole wheat Pitas
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
Fat free cesear salad dressing
1 bag of non fat Cheddar cheese
Chopped Cucumbers
1 diced red onion
Italian lettuce (Romaine)
Pepper


Steam the carrots, onions, and cucumbers
until just warm.

Apply desired amount of salad dressing to the pita and heat in the microwave
for 15 - 25 seconds.

STUFF THE PITA ANY WAY YOU LIKE!

Top with non-fat cheese and YUMMY!
