egg replacement availability.

By posting this does it mean I have been "de-lurked". Hmmm.... not as
painful as I thought.:-)

	Is anybody aware of an egg replacement that is available here in Australia
?.
I have looked quite extensivly, yet cannot find one. Surely there must be
at least one that is
commercially available. 
	Here's hoping that someone can help us out with this problem.
