I've copied your substitution ratios to a notepad and printed it out.
On Wednesday I underwent Botox therapy for Spasmodic Dysphonia and laid in a
supply of baby food in case I had difficulty in swallowing regular food.
Thank goodness I didn't have any problem with swallowing, but now I've a
great supply of fat substitutes!
