Sorry, can't help you with the matzo ball recipe, etc. But here is a
recipe for homemade "tofu scrambler" mix.
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry powder
4 tsp onion powder
4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tsp chives
4 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp sea salt
It was in "Cooking Healthy With One Foot Out The Door" by Polly
Pitchford and Delia Quigley. I guess you'll have to experiment to see
how much scrambler for each pound of tofu. In their recipe that calls
for this scrambler mix they say to use 1/3 cup of the mix OR a 1.35 oz
package. So figure that that's the equivalent.
