I was trying things in the kitchen and modified something my mother in
law gave me years ago. the results were good.
I started with "piloncillo" which is a raw sugar. I would say it is
like molasses, only molasses are liquid and piloncillo is hard. So I
melted and diluted this pure brown sugar. I added raw zucchini in the
blender to this liquid and cinnamon. Then I cooked it for a while and
added raisins. The results were delicious. Hot or cold it is very
good.
