Yes, there is :). For one cup, measure 1 T. vinegar into your measuring
cup and fill it with skim milk to measure 1 c. total. Let it sit for 5
minutes, then use in recipe as buttermilk. There is also powdered
buttermilk (in baking section of market), but I'm not sure at this moment
whether or not it's fatfree.
