Lifesaver dessert for early days of MWLP life style changes.--sweet potatoes,
mashed. with non fat granola and a little maple syrup on top. filling,
sweet, wonderful and VLF and high fiber. Also, steel cut oats with berries
and maple syrup or brown sugar on top. third-- core/peeled apples baked
with cinnamon and vanilla bean (or a little vanilla). like pie without the
