I couldn't find the exact recipe I used, but I pickled them (for me it
was about 7 weeks ago! I used quart jars, stuffed in the tomatoes, a
coupla cloves of garlic and some peppercorns (spices on bottom). I
boiled a brine of vinegar and water and poured it over and then
processed them. I think they're OK; I really made them for my dh and
so as not to waste them. Sorry I can't be more specific.
