Oh gosh. I think you're out of luck. San Antonio is not known for
health food places! There are NO totally vegetarian restaurants here.
The best veg-friendly places are Twin Sisters in Alamo Heights, Adelante
in Alamo Heights, and La Fiesta Patio Cafe in Universal City. All of
these are not within walking distance from the Riverwalk. I think your
best best is to make special requests at whatever restaurants you
choose. Stay away from the Mexican places; they are not the places to
find low-fat veggie fare!
