Unidentified subject!

Hi guys,

I went to this course yesterday and they had the most fantastic peanut brownies
(biscuits in this part of the world).  Now, I havent' eaten biscuits for about
2 years but I felt like one so I did... and now I want to know how to make some
thick, chewy munchy bickies!!!  Preferably ones which dont have to be frozen to
keep?

I made muffins this morning - just a generic recipe where I throw in whatever
fruit is remaining by the weekend into the food processer and use that as
puree.  Todays was pear, apple and kiwi fruit (may be called chinese
gooseberries in the states/canada - teh green  egg sized fruit).  Yum!
