Artichokes

I clip the leaf tips off the artichokes, then trim the stems. I steam them
in a closed pot with a pinch of baking soda (to keep them green) for about
15 minutes.

I serve them with ff-mayo and tarragon (or ff green goddess dressing on the
side), or tarragon butter for guests who do not have to eat ff.
