Toddler food

Unfortunately the tofu balls are not suitable for this list, as they contain 1
cup of ground almonds. Excellent for toddlers, though! 8-) They are from Mollie
Katzen's The Enchanted Broccoli Forest, so if you have that cookbook, you don't
need me to send you the recipe. I've had two requests, though, so I will try to
remember to bring it in tomorrow. If you are interested, e-mail me.

I am also happy to announce that I have had success with a modified version of
Katzen's Tofu Walnut Spinach loaf. This is the first vegetable my child has put
in his mouth in about a year. I can't believe my luck, and he will probably
decide next week that he doesn't like it after all. But so far so good. The
walnuts also make the loaf unsuitable for the list, so drop me a line if you
are interested in that one, too. Natalie, your message to me bounced (but my
sysadmin got it to me anyway - go figure). I suspect your ISP may be one that
is blocked to keep spam out, or something like that. I'm sure Michelle won't
mind your using a small amount of bandwidth on the list just to tell me whether
you want this recipe, too.

Be well, Hadass
