For tofu suggestions for first-time users (I was in that position about a
year ago and now I'm hooked), try low fat tofu (firm or extra firm) in
milkshakes or smoothies, added to your favorite veggie soup or sauce recipes
or make stir-fry with vegatables and just cut tofu in little chunks. I buy
several packages and freeze. Great substitute for meat and filled with
protein!
