Thanks, Jbennicoff, for the homemade Bisquick recipe! Now, these may seem
like dumb questions, but...
Since it contains applesauce, I'm assuming it should be refrigerated,
maybe even frozen? and set on the counter to warm up before you use it?
As far as making biscuits, pancakes, waffles, "impossible pies," etc., are
the amounts just like on the Bisquick package or do you have different
recipes for those?
I'm really excited about this--years ago I had a not-fatfree recipe for
bisquick, which I've since lost, but which made life much easier and with
the whole wheat flour, a little healthier :-)
