I use this as a base for sandwiches (with tomato slices and sprouts, yum!)
or thinned as a dip. If you like peas, give it a try!
16oz frozen petite peas
1 med carrot
1/2 med onion
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Puree in food processor, Vitamix or blender, adding additional liquid (water
or ff dressing) to desired consistency. Spice as desired (garlic or curry
are especially good).
