I apologize that I don't remember who posted the recipe for the Apple Pie
Cake. I would like to try this recipe but questioned the amount of honey
called for. Does it really need 1 1/2 cups of honey?
I tried the roasted tomato sauce this week-end and like everyone else I
loved it. I didn't skin the tomatoes, I cut them up rather small instead
of leaving in chunks and I baked it on two shallow baking sheets at 400
degrees for the first hour and then another 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Cutting
the tomatoes small and baking on two shallow sheets cut the cooking time
considerably. I will definitely be making this again as will everyone else
who tried it. Thanks to the original poster.
