Potatos certainly are FF, and one of the best things you can eat on a
weight loss plan. They are full of complex carbs that our bodies need.
What makes them bad for us are the fattening toppings we usually put on
them. I have learned to eat mine with a little Molly McButter and
pepper. I really enjoy them this way.
