Grinding wheat in a food processor

Actually a Vitamix is more than the usual food processor. The blades are
not sharp for slicing, but blunt and strong. It also lets you reverse the
direction of the blades with a toggle switch. I would be afraid of harming
a regular food processor trying to grind wheat in it.

I used to make bread in mine regularly. The only thing I found I had to do
was to let the flour cool a bit before adding the yeast, since it would get
pretty hot while grinding.
