Well if you're looking for an egg replacer, the ener-g is much better (I have
also used the Dixie Egg-Not, and like that, too.)  The Ener-G is potato starch
based, and the Egg-Not is soy.  I haven't compared prices per oz, but both
last quite a while, as you usually use 1 t and 2T water per "egg".
 Frankly, I didn't like the Wonderslim Fat & Egg
 Substitute at all, even as a fat sub.  I prefer applesauce.  The Wonderslim
had a pretty strong taste and color.  I use my homemade applesauce (no sugar,
just apples and water - yum!) which is a little chunky, but it always gets
broken down in the mixing process just fine.  (Much cheaper, too.  I remember
the Wonderslim being pretty expensive.)
