In my mad rush to finish up everything in my refrigerator before Passover,
I came up with the following in lieu of orange juice this morning:
1/2 cup lowfat soymilk or ricemilk (fatfree if you live in the US)
1/2 cup real cranberry juice
Sweeten with maple syrup to taste (omit if using sweetened cranberry
cocktail).
Lots of vitamin C there, and it just hit the spot.
