Hello!
I just recently joined the mailing list. It seems that I missed some
valuable discussions on sorbet/ frozen healthful goodies making. Could
someone fill me in? I am a frozen yogurt junkie and trying to kick this
nutritionless habit with something with some more substance. Is there
anything that I could do with, say, soy milk and some protein powder and a
blender? (any suggestions ofr other items welcome!) If any one could fill
me in, I would be most grateful.
