My wife makes a Sweet Potato Pie and the receipe is on the can but has to
be altered somewhat.

Ten minute preparation time before baking

Bruce's Sweet Potato Pie

2 egg beaters or other equivalent egg replacers
1 29 Oz Can Bruce'sweet Potato Pie Filling
2/3 cup lite Evaporated Skimmed Milk
1  unbaked 9" deep dish pie shell or 2 shallow 9" pie shells- we used low
fat
   grahmn cracker pie shells from grocery store

1. Preheat oven to 425 F
2. Beat egg replacers lightly in a large bowl, stir in sweet potato pie
filling
   and lite skimmed evaporated milk
3. Blend well and pour into pie shell(s)
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 F.  Reduce heat to 350 F and bake for 50 to
60
   minutes
