Re: converting temperatures from F to C or reverse

I found a recipe that called for a 22C oven temperature and was wondering how
to convert from C to F. I found the answer in my Joy of Cooking. I thought
someone might be interested in the solution.

To convert Fahrenheit to Centigrade, subtract 32, multiply by 5, and divide by
nine. To convert Centigrade to Fahrenheit, go into reverse. Multipy by 9,
divide by 5, and add 32. So 22oC is about 425F. Pretty easy to do on your
handy calculator.
