Hi,
1) Almost all chinese resteraunts have steamed/veg specialties.
Depending on where you go, they may also be persuaded to make any of
their meat dishes in a tofu variety.
2) There are many Korean hot-cold salad bars, that serves lots of
dishes. They do have places to sit and eat whatever you buy (by the
pound).
3) There are lots of macrobiotic resteraunts like Souen, Angelica's etc.
that have food as plain and exotic as you may want. Look for a free
newspaper called Free Spirit in healthfood stores. They list
veg./healthfood resteraunts by location.
4) Indian resteraunts are great for veg. but far from fat-free.
