Fatfree cocoa

     Recently, Sheri asked about fatfree cocoa.  I've tried the stuff that 
     Dixie sells (made by the Wonderslim folks?), and I like it pretty 
     well.  An added bonus: it it nearly caffeine-free as well.  I've seen 
     this product on sale in my local health food store, but I don't know 
     if it is what's in the King Arthur catalogue.
