Whenever I go to my local Chinese restaurant, I order
"Snow Pea Leaf."
1. Could someone tell me exactly what Snow Pea Leaf is?
2. Could someone tell me how EXACTLY to prepare it at home?
I did try to cook it once, but it came out very twiggy (I probably
didn't cut off enough stem or something?) and inedible.
My friends now joke with me that I made "Snow Pea Twig" instead
of "Snow Pea Leaf" .... :-)
