Salad Dressing - My Favorite

My favorite FF salad dressing is simply equal parts of Balsamic vinegar and
frozen orange juice concentrate.  Very, very simple. Very, very good. Nice
balance of intense flavors, and it seems to stick to the greens like the
oily kind.

Easy to work up variations too!  Just add a little fresh ginger, dry
mustard, herbs, spices, etc.
