Keep them in the freezer for impromptu:
shakes
banana bread
oil substitutes in lowfat baking
cooked fruit compote (cook the dried fruit and add the bananas at theend)
use them in banana strawberry jam
Um... Bake them with sweetener and flame them with rum. Puree them into
pretend ice cream. Keep them on hand for a hungry baby who isn't up to
eating them out of hand yet -- frozen bananas are easier to mash!
All out of ideas.
