did somebody say Gimme Lean? :-)

This is a post for Lisa Bennett who casually mentioned Swedish Gimme Lean
Balls at the end of her last post -

     Do you have the recipe for these? It sounds DELISH, and I am a total
fanatic for Gimme Lean, and try to use it in as many ways as possible. I
would love and Gimme Lean recipes you may have, or anyone else for that
matter.
