www.walford.com and check out Dr. Walford's
Interactive Diet Program. I **think** a demo or
time-limited version is available for downloading.
I like the program, although it has a few rough
edges. Windows only. There's another program
which looked interesting but which I have not
tried described and available for purchase at
www.nutribase.com.
