The other thing I do, and this isn't what you're asking for, is to spend a
good long time at the library or online looking at NON=vegan recipes and
converting them. For the most part, food that is classified as vegan is
often bland or "hippie", but food that is from different cultures that
doesn't have animal imgredients in it is more satisfying. YMMV, of
course.
