Oh, so much fun to get something new in the mail. My new book, Vegetarian
Cooking Under Pressure, arrived on Friday. I've been chomping at the bit
for the pressure cooker to get here so I could try a few things. My first
try: Risotto Primavera.
It was to die for. My SO was a bit skeptical and the addition of another
appliance, but he's converted after my quick success.
Now I'm going to have to go through the archives and see if I can find more
pressure cooker recipes to try!
