To the person who wanted to pre-make their pizza shells, great idea! There are
3 gallon zip-lock bags out there that fit a large loaf of bread, and hopefully
they will fit pizza shells too.
For pizza dough, I make a double batch and freeze it in chunks in a small
zip-lock bag. When I need one I thaw, roll out, and then let rise.
