First, get yourself a wide mouthed thermos. Now before you go to bed
preheat your thermos with some boiling water. After 5 minutes pour
off the water and put in what you like for breakfast. Oatmeal, rice,
dried fruit, some nuts, whatever you like. Pour boiling water over
the mixture, close the thermos and go to bed. When you wake up.
Instant Breakfast!
After you eat you can do the same thing for dinner by putting in some
rice, lentils, spaghetti, dried vegetables, vegetable soup powder
again whatever you like. Add the boiling water, close the thermos
and your dinner will be waiting for you when you get back to your
room.
