Welcome, newbies! Just a note that this list may not net you too many tofu
recipes since it's so high in fat - even 'lite' tofu tends to be between
25-30% fat. You might want to do a search on the Veggies Unite! website,
which doesn't restrict the use of tofu. They have a great recipe for Vegan
Bacon, among other things. I use the lite silken variety blended with
powdered broth, nutritional yeast and appropriate spices mostly as a
substitute for cream sauces. If you make plenty of veggies and pasta or
grains, sparing use of the sauce keeps the recipe within the limits of this
list. Using chunks of the stuff as the main part of a recipe is another
matter altogether! :)
