How does Dr. Ornish categorize Carob? Is there a fat free version that
is sufficiently FF for our eaters on this list? Is Carob (like coffee)
considered a kind of intoxicant? Is it cardiotoxic?
I realize this is not a health bulletin, but right now I have nowhere
else to go with these questions. Thanks
