HI all. I'm a lurker who recently found out that I'm a little bit anemic
and would like to correct it with diet rather than supplements. I know
this is one of those veggie problems that we often try to deny to
non-vegetarians (along with not getting enough protein), but it got me.
Does anybody have recipes for iron rich foods? One can only eat so much
spinach! TIA
