Two suggestions - Vegetarian Times Vegetarian Entertaining has a section
called "Vegetarian Wedding Bells" - perhaps your library has this cookbook
so you could scan it for ideas. The other suggestion is the June issue of
Vegetarian Times has a section called "Celebrate Summer" which is a simple
but elegant buffet - again, perhaps your library has a copy. Many of the
recipes have fat in them but they can be adapted to make them fatfree, if
necessary. Hope this is of some help.
