There is also a procedure whereby skim milk is made to "feel" more rich and
creamy by adding an oat-based product. I saw a report on this a few years ago
but have yet to see it in the stores. It was called Oatrim, but I've seen some
references on the WWW to another product (same concept) called "Replace".
