If you're measuring volume in ounces then 1 ounce is not equal to 28.35 g.
1 ounce measured by weight (or mass)is = to 28.35 g.
Therefore if a receipe calls for 100 g of flour then you must WEIGH 3.5
ounces of the flour . Do not measure out 3.5 ounces of the flour by volume
or with a measuring cup.
