I like to make a breakfast cereal out of them. I'm not sure about the
measurments exactly, but I think it's one cup wheat berries and two cups
of liquid (I use one cup water and one cup juice for breakfast). Boil the
liquid and add the wheatberries, reduce the heat to low and simmer for
about 45 minutes. They're still a little chewy that way, but I like them
chewy.
