This brand may not be widely available, but Tradition Foods Inc. (a
manufacturer of kosher food products based in Los Angeles, CA) makes a
low-fat Ramen Noodle Soup which is available in a couple of flavors and is
totally vegetarian. The sodium content may be a little high for some. Here
